The many hats of Emily Straffin

Since we all thought hair loss was going to be part of the chemotherapy experience, Emily received plenty of hats. While Grandma Straffin (the shutterbug) was here watching Emily, and knowing pretty well that her hair was staying put, Grandma couldn't resist having a "fashion show" of sorts while we were at work. Thanks, Mom. :)

Emily loves going out onto the back porch and into the backyard to see the neighbor's dogs (which she points at and says "woo woo woo!") I think they like her too. :)

We installed a 3-foot by 2-foot mirror in the family room at Emily's height...one of the best ideas I've ever had (besides marrying Emily's Mama...this Saturday -- 3/27/99 -- is our 6th anniversary. Happy Anniversary Sweetie. :)
